- You get attracted towards doing it
- You know it is not good to go further
- You take a step back and start thinking ''I will not do it..''
- You keep your promise and don't do that for next 10-15 days
- Then, you again get tempted: You break your promise and do that
- When you are done, you are filled with shame and think you will never do it again
- Few days later, you go to the step 1
And life keeps going. These steps fit into many places in life.
